Translation Services – Framework Agreement For The Provision Of Translation Assistance. The Tender Concerns The Translation Of Texts To/From Danish To/From English, German And Polish. The Tenderer Must Also Deliver Translations In Accordance With The Tenderers Description, Appendix 1 Requirements Specification And Solution Description, Regarding Translation Between Danish And Other European Languages, Main Middle Eastern Languages, Main Asian Languages, Main African Languages And Greenlandic. By Translation Between Danish And Other Languages, It Is Understood That Translation Must Be Able To Be Delivered Both To And From Danish In Relation To The Language In Question. The Tenderer Must Also At All Times Cover The Ordering Partys Ongoing Needs For Other Services, Which Appear In Appendix 2 Prices. The Tenderer Must Deliver Translations In Accordance With The Description Of The Tenderers Services That Appears In Appendix 1 Requirements Specification And Solution Description. Translation Includes, But Is Not Limited To, Translation Of Web Texts, Forms, Instructions, Pamphlets, Leaflets, Video Scripts, System Instructions, Letters, Emails, Documentation Material, Certificates, Contracts, Account Statements, Policies, Reports, System Texts, Presentations And Laws. In Addition, Translation Of Term Lists May Occur. The Texts May Contain Tax And Customs, Legal, Economic And Technical Terms, And Are Often Complex, Technically Heavy And Of A Legal Nature. By Legal Nature Is Understood, For Example, But Not Limited To, Legal Texts (By Legal Texts We Mean Texts That Include Legal Paragraphs, And Not Just References To A Law), Judgments, Contracts, Agreements, Executive Orders - I.E. Texts That Create Legal Consequences Or Interpret Existing Rules. The Supplier Must Ask If The Supplier Is In Doubt About The Meaning Of A Legal Text. The Texts Can Cover All Subject Areas Within The Customers Area Of Responsibility. It Is, Among Other Things, Areas Such As Tax, Vat, Property Valuation, Debt Recovery, Excise Duties, Motor Vehicles And Customs. The Target Group For The Translations Does Not Necessarily Have The Target Language As Their Mother Tongue.
