The Proposed Technology Transfer Actions Concern: Protection And Management Of Intellectual Property (Ip) Rights From The Results Of The Research Carried Out By Researchers Of The Members Of The Network. The Actions Do Not Only Concern Inventions That Can Secure Rights Through Patents (Ip), Or By The Application Of Other Rights, Such As Copyright, Trade Secret, Etc.. Here The Actions Concern The Detection Of Research Results With A Commercial Perspective, The Preparation Of Disclosures Of Inventions To The Administrations Of The Agencies, The Technical And Legal Preparation And Support Of Applications For Ip And Other Rights, And The Payment Of Fees To Patent Offices. Commercial Exploitation Of Ip Rights Of Network Members. The Actions Are Aimed At Connecting The Members Of The Network With Businesses, The Extroversion Towards The Innovation Ecosystem, And The Creation Of The Conditions For A Successful Commercial Exploitation And/Or Cooperation For The Co-Development Of A Research/Technological Product. The Actions Concern The Evaluation Of The Commercial Perspective From The Initial Stage Of The Idea, The Technological/Business Maturation Of The Inventions Through Proof Of Concept And Business Acceleration Actions, Their Promotion/Promotion Through International Channels, The Networking Of Mmt/Gmt Through Their Participation In International Exhibitions, The Support Of Negotiations And Agreements With Potential Technological Recipients (Companies) For The Purpose Of Licensing, As Well As And The Development Of Sustainable Technoblasts In Collaboration With The Entrepreneurship Support Structures Of The Members Of The Network.
