At The Level Of The Contracting Authority, The Design Contract, Technical Assistance And The Works Execution Contract Were Concluded, After Which The Technical-Economic Documentations For The Dtac And P.T. Phases Were Developed, Documentations That Are An Integral Part Of The Documentation Necessary To Attract Funding Under The National Recovery And Resilience Plan, Component 5 - Renovation Wave, Operation Moderate Or Deep Energy Renovation Of Public Buildings. During The Execution Of The Works, It Was Found Necessary To Carry Out Some Additional Works, Which Became Strictly Necessary In Order To Fulfill The Initial Contract, As Follows:  Full Replacement Of The Existing Floors;  Full Replacement Of The Existing Floors With Tiles And Tiles (Sanitary Groups), Including The Support Layer In Boarding House 1 And Boarding House 2;  Creating Facilities / Adapting The Infrastructure For People With Disabilities.  The Purchase Of A Caterpillar Lift For People With Disabilities At Boarding B.  Interior Finishes At Boarding 1 And Boarding 2.  Battery System And Their Installation – School Building, Boarding 1 And Boarding 2.  A System For Storing Electricity In Dedicated Batteries/Accumulators With A Storage Capacity Of 100 Kw With A 50Kw Inverter Included Will Be Created. The Proposed Works Are Intended To Increase The Attractiveness, Functionality, Accessibility And Conform The Building To The Fundamental Quality Requirements, To The Provisions Of The Design Norms In Force And To Increase The Energy Efficiency Of The Building. The Thermal Rehabilitation Of Buildings Aims To Reduce Energy Consumption From Conventional Sources And Decrease Greenhouse Gas Emissions, So That The Annual Specific Energy Consumption Calculated For Heating Falls Below 100 Kwh/M2/Year, Under Conditions Of Economic Efficiency And Under Conditions Of Preserving The Architectural, Environmental And Chromatic Integration Value In The Urban Environment Of The Envelope Of Public Buildings. The Term Of Completion Of The Execution Works Is 2 Calendar Months From The Date Of Issuing The Order To Start The Works, But No Later Than 31.07.2026.
