The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works: Comprehensive Implementation Of The Task In The Design And Build Formula, Including The Delivery, Assembly And Commissioning Of Two Recessed Truck Scales Along With Design Documentation And Accompanying Infrastructure For Copernicus Pl Sp. Z O. O. Based On The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 2. The Subject Of The Order Consists Of One Part. The Detailed Scope And Method Of Implementing The Subject Of The Order Are Set Out In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Called Opz). The Terms And Conditions Of The Order Are Included In Annex No. 3 To The Swz - Draft Contract With Attachments. 3. The Contractor Will Provide A Warranty Covering The Subject Of This Order For A Minimum Period Of 36 Months And A Maximum Of 60 Months (From The Date Of Final Acceptance Of The Works). The Definitions Of Acceptance And Warranty Are Described In Annex No. 3 To The Swz. The Warranty Period Is One Of The Criteria For Evaluating Offers.
