The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Collecting And Transporting Municipal Waste From Property Owners Residing In The Commune And City Of Lubomierz And Its Management Until June 30, 2027. In A Way That Ensures Achievement Of Appropriate Levels Of Recycling, Preparation For Reuse And Recovery By Other Methods And Limiting The Mass Of Biodegradable Municipal Waste Sent To Landfills, And Running A Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (Pszok) For The Residents Of The Lubomierz Commune. Waste Will Be Collected From The Lubomierz Commune, Which Currently Has Approximately 5,500 Inhabitants Who Live Permanently And Temporarily In The City And Villages. The Lubomierz Commune Includes The Following 13 Villages: Chmieleń, Golejów, Janice, Maciejowiec, Milęcice, Oleszna Podgórska, Pasiecznik + Zalesie, Pławna Dolna, Pławna Górna, Pokrzywnik, Popielówek, Radoniów, Wojciechów. Note: Changes To Addresses And The Number Of Residents And Properties Served Are Possible During The Service. These Changes Will Not Affect The Change Of Unit Values Listed In The Pricing Form. 2. The Service Of Collecting And Transporting Municipal Waste From Property Owners Residing In The Commune And City Of Lubomierz, Includes: 1) Selective Collection Of Municipal Waste (In Accordance With The Regulations For Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In The Commune And City Of Lubomierz In Force During The Term Of The Contract - Constituting Annex No. 13A To Swz) Of The Following Waste Fractions: A) Mixed - Code 200 301, B) Paper And Cardboard - Code 150 101, C) Plastics And Metal - Code 150 104, 150 102, 150 105, 150 106 D) Glass - Code 150 107, E) Biodegradable Waste - Code 200 201, Note: Due To The Declared Possession Of Composters In Single-Family Buildings In The City Of Lubomierz And The Commune, The Contractor Does Not Will Collect, Transport And Manage Biodegradable Waste In Accordance With The Frequency Specified In The Regulations For Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In The Commune And City Of Lubomierz (Appendix No. 13A To Swz).
