The Subject Of The Performance Of This Public Contract Is The Processing Of A Proposal For Complex Land Improvements (Hereinafter Referred To As Kopú) In The Cadastral Territory Of Navarre, Including The Necessary Geodetic Works In The Accuracy Class Specified For The Renewal Of The Real Estate Cadastre By Decree No. 357/2013 Coll., On The Real Estate Cadastre (Cadastral Decree), As Amended. The Proposal Of The Kopú Will Be Processed In Such A Way That It Can Be Registered In The Real Estate Cadastre. The Work Will Serve As A Basis For The Land Offices Decision On The Approval Of The Proposal For Land Improvements And The Decision On The Exchange Or Transfer Of Ownership Rights. The Draft Kopú Will Be Drawn Up According To A More Detailed Breakdown, Which Exactly Corresponds To The Requirements Set Out In Decree No. 13/2014 Coll., On The Procedure For Carrying Out Land Improvements And Requirements For The Proposal For Land Improvements, As Amended. Most Of The Cadastral Territory Of Navarre Will Be Included In The Area Of ​​Complex Land Management, Excluding Larger Forest Complexes And Some Parts Of The Inner City. The Estimated Size Of The Area Under Consideration Is 161 Ha In The Cadastral Territory Of Navarre. The Work Will Be Completed In Partial Parts, The Content Of Which Will Be Identical To The Annex To Decree No. 13/2014 Coll. And Methodical Instructions For Carrying Out Land Improvements (In The Current Version). The Results Of The Individual Sub-Parts Will Be Submitted In Accordance With The Contract For The Work.
