Transport Tickets – Organization Of Transport Of Children To Schools And Kindergartens In The 2026/2027 School Year. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Monthly Tickets, Constituting The Basis For Using The Service Consisting In The Transport Of Children And School Youth From The Góra Commune, Together With Their Guardians, To Schools And Kindergartens Located In The Góra Commune And Wąsosz Commune* (* Transport Of Disabled Children To The Special Educational And Upbringing Center In Wąsosz) Along With Transport To Their Places Of Residence After School. Transport Will Be Provided In The 2026/2027 School Year, In The Period From September 1, 2026 To June 25, 2027, On All School Days, I.E. On Weekdays, Except Saturdays, Holidays And Other Public Holidays, As Well As Breaks In The Implementation Of Teaching And Educational Activities, Specified On The Basis Of The Provisions Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of National Education Of August 11, 2017 Regarding The Organization Of The School Year (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1112, As Amended), As Well As Other Breaks From Classes, In Particular Breaks From Stationary Classes Caused By The Pandemic, Etc. Transport Will Be Provided On The Basis Of Monthly Tickets, On Lines Created By The Contractor, With Priority For Children And Teenagers With A Personalized School Monthly Ticket And Guardians With A Monthly Ticket (The Ticket Price Will Be Determined In These Proceedings). The Contractor Should Introduce Standards For The Protection Of Minors In Its Organization And Familiarize Drivers Performing Transport With Them And Oblige Them To Comply With Them. In Accordance With The Disposition In Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Describes The Obligation Of The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, Under An Employment Contract, Persons Performing Activities Related To The Transport Of Persons, I.E. Drivers, During The Execution Of The Order. Employment Under An Employment Contract Of The Above-Mentioned Persons Should Continue Uninterruptedly Throughout The Period Of Performance Of These Activities During The Term Of The Contract
