The Purpose Of This Contract Is To Outsource The Production Of Meals Intended For The Home Meal Service Of The Cpas Of La Louvière, Including The Preparation Of Complete Meals In Accordance With The Nutritional, Health And Organizational Quality Standards In Force. The Selected Service Provider Must Ensure: - The Production Of Meals According To The Standards Required By The Aviq, The Afsca And The Nutritional Prescriptions Communicated By The Cpas (Standard Meals, Without Soup, Specific Diets: Mixed, Diabetic, Without Salt, Etc.); - Compliant And Secure Packaging Allowing Compliance With The Cold Chain And Food Traceability, From The Production Site To The Cpas Delivery Point; - The Guarantee Of Continuity Of Service, Including In The Event Of An Increase In Volumes Or Exceptional Situations (Heatwave Plan, Holiday Periods, Health Crisis, Etc.); - The Provision Of A Meal Monitoring And Traceability System, Allowing The Cpas To Monitor Volumes, Production Batches, Recorded Temperatures And Compliance With Preparation And Delivery Deadlines At Any Time; This Market Is Launched In Order To Replace The In-House Production System With An Outsourced Solution, Making It Possible To Improve The Regularity, Quality Control, Economic Performance And Scalability Of The Home Meal Service.
