An Interdisciplinary Team Of A Holistic Approach Consisting Of A Psychologist, Physiotherapist, Nurse, Social Worker, It Teacher And Carer Will Co-Shape Empowerment And Support Programs With People With Disabilities Through Experiential Programs To Develop Daily Living/Independence Skills, Individual And Group Training Depending On The Particular Needs Everyones Needs. The Goals Will Concern The Following Five (5) Pillars Depending On The Interests And Abilities Of Each Person.
