Government Services – Project Sponsorship For The Technical And Administrative Implementation Of The Funding Program “Dns Of Sustainable Mobility Digital – Sustainable – System Capable” As Well As Strengthening European Cooperation In Research In The Field Of Ground-Based Transport (National Contact Point For Transport). The Federal Ministry For Economic Affairs And Energy (Bmwe) As The Ag Intends To Commission A Contractor (An) As A Project Sponsor With The Technical And Administrative Processing Of The “Dns Of Sustainable Mobility” Funding Program And The Support Of A National Contact Point. According To The Financial Plan, Approximately €53 To 54 Million In Annual Budgetary Resources Are Available For The Funding Program And The Approval Of Projects In The Financial Years 2027 To 2029. It Is Expected That Around 100 Sketch Submissions Will Be Assessed Each Year And That Five Collaborative Projects Will Be Funded (An Average Of 18 Grant Recipients Per Collaborative Project, A Total Of Around 90 Sub-Projects) With A Funding Volume Of Up To €25 Million. The Contractor Takes Over Ongoing Project Funding From Previous Years From The “New Vehicle And System Technologies” (Nfst) And “Dns Of Sustainable Mobility” Funding Programs (See 3.1.3 And 3.1.4 Of The Service Description). The Previous Funding Program “New Vehicle And System Technologies” (Nfst) Was Partially Refinanced From Eu Funds (German Recovery And Resilience Plan As Part Of The Temporary Recovery Program Next Generation Eu (Reconstruction And Resilience Facility (Arf)). The Last Projects Funded In This Regard Expire In 2026 And Will Be Finally Administered In 2026. It Cannot Be Ruled Out That There Will Be Remaining Administrative Work For Individual Joint Projects (Max. Ten) In The Year 2027. Regardless Of This, There May Also Be Checks By The European Court Of Auditors Or The European Commission In The Following Years (E.G. Audit Reviews). Any Tasks In This Context Must Be Processed By The Contractor.
