The Subject Of The Contract Awarded As Part Of The Public Procurement Procedure For Which This Procurement Document Was Prepared Is The Supply Of Brand New Or Used Specialized Waste Management Vehicles, Together With The Financing Service In The Form Of Operational Leasing. 2. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Part I - Delivery Of A Brand New Or Used Truck For Collecting And Transporting Municipal Waste, Such As A Two-Compartment Garbage Truck; 2) Part Ii - Delivery Of A Brand New Or Used Truck For Collecting And Transporting Municipal Waste, Such As A Two-Chamber Garbage Truck; 3) Part Iii - Delivery Of A Brand New Or Used Truck For Collecting And Transporting Municipal Waste, Hooklift Type, With A Gvw Of 26 Tons; 4) Part Iv - Delivery Of A Brand New Or Used Truck For Collecting And Transporting Municipal Waste, Hooklift Type, With A Gvw Of 18 Tons; 5) Part V - Delivery Of A Brand New Vehicle For Collecting And Transporting Municipal Waste, Such As A Dump Truck (Net Truck); 6) Part Vi - Delivery Of A Brand New Or Used Truck For Collecting And Transporting Municipal Waste, Such As A Single-Chamber Garbage Truck With A Gvw Of 26 Tons; 7) Part Vii - Delivery Of A Brand New Or Used Truck For Collecting And Transporting Municipal Waste, Such As A Single-Chamber Garbage Truck With A Gvw Of 18 Tons. 3. Basic Leasing Conditions (Applies To All Parts Of The Order): 1) Type Of Leasing: Operational Leasing; 2) Lease Duration: 48 Consecutive Months (4 Years), Counting From The Date Of Handing Over The Leased Item Confirmed By The Handover And Acceptance Protocol; 3) Settlement Currency: Leasing Settled In Polish Zlotys (Pln); 4) Number Of Leasing Installments: 47; 5) Leasing Installments: Leasing Installments Payable Monthly. Variable Interest Rate: Wibor 1M + Contractors Margin, With The Margin Being Constant Throughout The Duration Of The Contract. The Interest Part Of The Installment Changes According To Changes In The Wibor 1M Rate In Relation To The Rate Used To Calculate The Offer. The Contractor Will Indicate In The Offer The Amount Of The Margin And The Adopted Wibor 1M Rate (As Of 7 Days Preceding The Date Of Initiation Of The Proceedings); 6) Initial Fee: 10% Of The Net Price Of The Leased Item, Plus Vat; 7) Redemption/Final Fee Value: 10% Of The Net Price Of The Leased Item, Plus Vat; 8) Leasing Costs In The Offer Price: The Contractor Is Obliged To Include In The Offer Price The Total Leasing Cost, Including All Fees, Commissions And Other Liabilities Resulting From The Leasing Agreement And The Fee Schedule; 9) Payment Schedule: Leasing Installments Will Be Paid Monthly, Starting From The Month Following The Receipt Of The Leased Item. The Ordering Party Will Pay Installments Based On The Financial Schedule Constituting An Integral Part Of The Leasing Agreement; 10) Insurance: The Ordering Party Will Insure The Vehicle To The Required Extent At Its Own Expense
