Construction Work – Reconstruction Of The Puech - Chabal Filter Building. The Subject Of The Public Order Is The Reconstruction Of The Puech – Chabal Filter Building, Located On The Parcel Of Land. No. 14245/1 In The Municipal Office Of Plzeň In The Premises Of The Drinking Water Treatment Plant Plzeň, Malostranská 143/2, Plzeň 326 00. The Investors Intention Is To Carry Out A Total Reconstruction Of The Building And Thus Preserve The Unique Building With Historical Constructions In An Industrial Spirit As Well As Its Current Use As Flower Beds. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Event, The Roof Covering (Wooden Rafters, Formwork And Roofing) Will Be Completely Renewed, Including The Overhaul Of The Skylights, Which Ensure Illumination Of The Building, And New Plumbing Elements Will Also Be Installed. The Existing Steel Structure Of The Roof Will Be Preserved And Treated. The Roof Will Be Equipped With A Fall Arrest System To Allow Subsequent Maintenance. Renovation Of Vertical Structures And Restoration Of External And Internal Facades Will Be Carried Out, Including The Replacement Or Repair Of Window And Door Opening Fillings, The Preserved Elements Will Be Professionally Treated. Missing Pipe Sections Will Be Added. The Complete Reconstruction Of The High-Current Electrical Installation Will Also Be Carried Out, Including The Replacement Of Lighting And A New Lightning Conductor System. Outside The Building, Trees Will Be Felled And Treated, A New Gutter Walkway, Related Landscaping And Replacement Planting Will Be Carried Out. Before The Start Of Construction Work, The Contractor, In Cooperation With The Tenant Of The Area, The Company Vodárna Plzeň A.S., Will Ensure That The Existing Engineering Networks Are Laid Out In The Place Designated For Construction.
