Electric Buses - Delivery Of Electric Buses With Delivery And Installation Of Charging Stations As Part Of The Project Electrification Of Public Transport In Malbork, Co-Financed By The European Regional Development Fund Under The European Funds For Pomerania 20212027 Program. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of Four Brand New Low-Floor Electric Buses Of The Midi Type, Category M3, Class I, As Well As The Delivery And Installation Of Two Charging Stations For Electric Buses In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party And Under The Conditions Specified In The Terms Of Reference For This Procedure. Buses Are To Be Brand New (As Defined In The Road Traffic Law Of June 20, 1997, Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251, As Amended), Manufactured In The Year Of Delivery (With A Mileage Of No More Than 500 Km At The Time Of Delivery) And Have A Valid Ec Vehicle Type Approval Certificate Issued In Accordance With The Act Of April 14, 2023 On Vehicle Approval Systems And Their Equipment (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 919). Buses Cannot Be Previously Used For Test Or Demonstration Drives. Category M3 Class I Vehicles, I.E. Vehicles With Space For Standing Passengers, Enabling Frequent Movement Of Passengers. The Bus Cannot Be A Prototype And Must Be Included In The Manufacturers Current Sales Offer On The Date Of Submission Of Offers. All Buses Delivered Must Have The Same Configuration. Vehicles Must Meet The Conditions Contained In The Act Of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251, As Amended) And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of December 31, 2002 On The Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And The Scope Of Their Necessary Equipment (Notice Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of February 29, 2024 Regarding Announcement Of The Uniform Text Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure On The Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And The Scope Of Their Necessary Equipment, Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 502). The Purchased Buses Will Meet The Requirements For Ecologically Clean Vehicles Within The Meaning Of Directive 2009/33/Ec Of The European Parliament And Of The Council (Oj L 120 Of 15/05/2009). All Buses Provided By The Contractor Described In These Proceedings Must Be Vehicles Of The Same Make, Model And Version. The Components, Parts Used, Technical Solutions, Equipment, Etc. Must Be Functionally And Operationally Identical In All Vehicles Delivered By The Contractor. The Charging Station Must Be Able To Charge 24 Hours A Day, 7 Days A Week, Excluding Time For Service Work. The Charging Station Will Be Located In An Open Area, So Its Design Must Prevent Interference By Third Parties And Be Vandal-Proof.
