Construction Work – Tender For Executive Party Mp28 Van Gogh Museum. Vgm Intends To Carry Out Large-Scale Maintenance For The Museum Building In Amsterdam; The Master Plan 2028 (Mp28). After The Renovation, The Museum Building Can Be Operated With Minimal Maintenance Pressure For The Next 15 Years. By Carrying Out A Number Of Building-Related Interventions, The Ambition Is Also Achieved To Give Visitors A Better Museum Experience And Various Bottlenecks Are Resolved For Employees, Allowing Them To Carry Out Their Work In A More Pleasant And Efficient Manner, While The Safety Of Visitors, Employees And The Collection Always Comes First. The Project Consists Of Two Building Parts To Be Renovated, Namely Kurokawa (Approximately 5,800 M2 Gfa) And Rietveld (Approximately 8,800 M2 Gfa). The Present Tender Relates To The Development Of A Technical Design Of The Final Design To Be Provided By The Client (Phase A), The Implementation In Two Construction Phases (Phase B) And The Management And Maintenance (Phase C).
