The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design Documentation, Obtaining Permits Required By Law And The Construction Of An Installation For The Collection, Transmission And Combustion Of Landfill Biogas Along With The Necessary Technical Infrastructure Related To Renewable Energy Sources Installations Generating Electricity Or Electricity And Heat In Two Generating Units With An Electrical Capacity Of Up To 110 Kwe Each, Powered By Biogas Obtained From A Landfill Of Non-Hazardous And Inert Waste. The Installation Will Consist Of Two Main Parts: 1) Renewable Energy Station - Responsible For Burning Biogas And Producing Electricity And Heat. 2) Biogas Field - Located In The Active Plot No. 1 Of The Landfill From Which Biogas Is Collected. The Execution Of The Order Is Envisaged In The Design And Build System. The Ordering Party Requires A Quality Guarantee For The Completed Subject Of The Contract For A Minimum Period Of 60 Months For Construction Works And 24 Months For Equipment Including Assembly.
