When Preparing The Offer, The Bidder Must Comply With The Requirements And Conditions From The Procurement Documentation And May Not Change Or Supplement The Text Of The Procurement Documentation. By Offering The Unit Price, The Total Price For An Individual Item And The Total Price Of The Offer, Or By Submitting The Offer Itself, The Bidder Undertakes That, If He Is Selected As The Most Favorable Bidder, He Will Perform The Works That Are The Subject Of Procurement In Accordance With The Procurement Documentation. Accordingly, Bidders Are Not Obliged To Submit Technical Documentation, Technical Sheets, Technical Descriptions, Photographs, Certificates Of Conformity, Catalogs, Brochures, Certificates Or Any Other Suitable Means In The Offer Itself, But Must Be Submitted For Approval To The Supervising Engineer Before The Work/Installation/Equipment Is Carried Out.
