The Subject Of The Tender Is Planning Services For The Renewal Of The Roof And The Modernization Of The Technical Building Equipment (Tga - Electrical) Of The Above-Ground Areas Of The Listed Olympiazentrum Subway Station (U3) In Munich. Specialist Planning Services For Technical Equipment Are Commissioned In Accordance With §55 Hoai, In Particular For System Group 4 - High-Voltage Systems And System Group 5 - Telecommunications And Information Technology Systems. The Scope Of Services Includes Inventory, Planning, Coordination And Monitoring Of The Dismantling And Renewal Of The Electrical And It Infrastructure In The Covered Platform And Access Structures As Well As Adjacent Areas. This Includes, Among Other Things, Energy Distribution, Cable Routes, Lighting And Security Lighting Systems, Grounding And Lightning Protection Systems, Sound And Communication Technology, Network And Video Technology As Well As The Connection Of Marketing Areas (Existing Kiosks And An Additional New Unit With Approx. 25-30M²). In Addition, Planning Preparations For A Photovoltaic System On The New Roof Are Planned. The Measure Covers Four Building Complexes (West And East Sides) Including Roofs And Surface Areas.
