The Danish Ministry Of Defence Acquisition And Logistics Organisation (Dalo) Wishes To Renew The Framework Agreements Concerning The Military Combat Boot System. The System Consists Of 7 Framework Agreements Including Specific Boots And An Assortment Of Various Related Footwear. This Tender Includes 2 Types Of Boots, A Combat Safety Boot For Summer And One For Winter. The Combat Safety Boot For Summer: Will Be Used By Both Men And Women Across The Danish Armed Forces. Dalo Is Looking For A Combat Safety Boot, Summer, For Active Use In Spring And Summertime From +5 To +25 Degrees Celsius. The Boot Will Be Used On Daily Basis By Soldiers Operating Where Safety Footwear Is Necessary, This Could Be Around Heavy Machinery, In Garages, Around Airplanes, Onboard Ships Etc. Dalo Requires The Combat Safety Boot, Summer, For Use In Spring And Summer Time In Warm And Intermediate Climate Conditions. It Is Necessary To Offer The Combat Safety Boot, Summer, In Two (2) Different Widths Covering Normal And Wide Feet. It Shall Be Possible To Change Insoles/Footbeds In The Boot. There Is A Requirement For The Shaft Height Of The Combat Safety Boot, Summer, To Secure The Shin From Bumps And Scratching When The Soldier Is Loading Iron Pallets On An Airplane. The Combat Safety Boot For Winter: Will Be Used By Both Men And Women Across The Danish Armed Forces. Dalo Is Looking For A Combat Safety Boot, Winter, For Active Use In Wintertime From +10 To -30 Degrees Celsius. The Boot Will Be Used On Daily Basis By Soldiers Operating Where Safety Footwear Is Necessary. This Could Be Around Heavy Machinery, In Garages, Around Airplanes, Onboard Ships Etc. It Is Necessary To Offer The Combat Safety Boot, Winter, In Two (2) Different Widths Covering Normal And Wide Feet. It Shall Be Possible To Change Insoles/Footbeds In The Boot. To Fully Understand The Requirements Of The Combat Safety Boots See Appendix 1 (1A And 1B) In The Tendering Material. The Evaluation Of The Boots Includes Tests Of Products Samples. Dalo Is Only Looking For High Quality Boots, And After The Tenderer Has Made His Best And Final Offer (Bafo) The Offered Boots Must Reach A Minimum Quality Level Threshold Of At Least 7,3 (From 0-10) To Continue In The Final Tendering Procedure. Dalo Reserves The Right To Award The Agreement Based On The Indo1 Or On Any Additional Indos. In That Case Dalo Will Request Receipt Of All Product Samples Mentioned In Enclosure E – Dalo’S Test Schedule And Procedure For Testing And Evaluation In Accordance With Enclosure C – The Award Criterion And Evaluation Method - That Otherwise Should Be Submitted In Connection With Bafo If Dalo Chooses To Award The Agreement Based On Indo1 Or On Any Additiona
