Document Creation Software Package - Delivery Of Software Subscriptions For Employees, Students And Phd Students - Increasing The Level (Step-Up) Of Existing Licenses To The A5 Level, Enabling The Use Of Advanced Security And Compliance Functions, Including Information Protection Mechanisms And Dlp. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Software Subscriptions For The Needs Of Employees, Students And Doctoral Students, Including Raising The Level (Step-Up) Of Their Licenses To The A5 Level. 2. In Particular, The Contractor Will Provide: • Software Subscriptions In The Types And Quantities Indicated In The Opz, Including Step-Up Subscriptions, Without Purchasing New Base Licenses, • The Right To Updates And Technical Support From The Manufacturer Throughout The Duration Of The Contract, In Accordance With The Opz And The Manufacturers License Terms, I.E. Until March 31, 2028. 3. The Offered Products Must Be Standard Solutions, Commonly Available On The Market (Commercial Off-The-Shelf – Cots). 4. The Ordering Party Allows The Execution Of The Order Under The Ees (Enrollment For Education Solutions) Contract Held By The Ordering Party On The Terms Specified In The Opz, While Retaining The Right To Updates And Technical Support Throughout The Duration Of The Contract. 5. The Ordering Party Requires The Delivery Of A Software Subscription On The Terms Provided By The Manufacturer For Educational Units, Valid During The Order Execution Period. 6. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In Annex. No. 3 To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order, And The Detailed Scope Of The Contractors Responsibilities Is Specified In The Annex. No. 4 To Swz – Draft Provisions Of The Contract.
