The City Of Dole, Delegator, Entrusts The Delegatee With The Operation Of The Campsite Le Pasquier Located At 18 Chemin Victor Et Georges Thévenot 39100 Dole Classified 3 Stars. The Delegatee Will Be Required In Particular To Ensure, Under The Conditions Provided For In This Contract And Its Annexes, At Its Own Risk, The Following Missions: - Ensure Reception And Relations With Users, The Effective Management Of Equipment And Locations, At Least During The Periods Imposed By The Delegator; - Carry Out The Investments Described In Appendix 3 Of This Contract; - Ensure The Technical, Administrative, Financial And Commercial Management Of All Delegated Facilities; - Develop A Quality Service Offering And A Rental Offering Respecting The Identity Of The Territory; - Ensure Commercial Promotion And In Particular The Establishment Of A Multilingual Website, Brochures, The Development Of Communication Tools; - Ensure The Execution Or Execution Of Site Maintenance, So That The Identified Equipment Is Constantly Usable And In Perfect Working Order, During Opening Periods, While Respecting The Applicable Hygiene And Safety Standards; - Ensure The Maintenance And Renewal Of Equipment, The Upkeep/Renewal And Maintenance Of Structures, Installations And Equipment In Good Working Order; - Ensure Surveillance And Maximum Safety Of Users Under The Legal And Regulatory Conditions In Force; - Recruit And Manage The Staff Necessary For The Operation Of The Campsite; - Collect Access Rights From Users In Accordance With The Defined Rates As Well As The Tourist Tax. The Delegatee Undertakes To Ensure The Proper Functioning, Continuity, Quality And Good Organization Of The Public Service To Users, For Which He Must Report To The Community.
