The Subject Of The General Planning Contract To Be Awarded Is The Following Planning Services: 1) Services Of The Property Planning Building And Interior Spaces Within The Meaning Of Section 34 Hoai In Conjunction With Appendix 10.1, Service Phases 2 - 8; 2) Services Of The Property Planning Outdoor Facilities In Accordance With Section 39 Hoai In Conjunction With Appendix 11.1, Service Phases 2 - 8; 3) Services Of The Service Profile Object Planning Traffic Facilities In Accordance With § 47 Hoai In Conjunction With Appendix 13.1, Service Phases 2 - 8; 4) Services Of The Service Profile Structural Planning In The Sense Of § 51 Hoai In Conjunction With Appendix 14.1, Service Phases 2 - 6; 5) Services Of The Technical Equipment Service Profile In The Sense Of § 55 Hoai In Conjunction With Appendix 15.1, System Groups 1-8, Service Phases 2 - 8; 6) Services Of The Building Physics Service Profile In Accordance With § 3 Hoai In Conjunction With Appendix 1.2.2, Service Phases 2 - 5; 7) Fire Protection Services In The Sense Of The Service Profile, Booklet 17 Of The Aho Series Of Publications, Service Phases 2-5; 8) Engineering Surveying Services In Accordance With Section 3 Hoai In Conjunction With Appendix 1.4; 9) Services For Geotechnics In Accordance With Section 3 Hoai In Conjunction With Appendix 1.3.3. A Phased Commissioning Of General Planning Services Is Planned. Initially, Only The Planning Services For Service Phases 2-4 (Preliminary Planning, Draft Planning, Approval Planning) For Construction Phases 1-3 Will Be Permanently Commissioned. The Services Of Service Phases 5-9 (Execution Planning, Preparation And Participation In The Awarding Of The Contract, Object Monitoring, Object Management) For The Three Construction Phases Are Only To Be Provided Upon Separate Request For Each Construction Phase. These Services Are To Be Offered As Optional Services.
