Public Road Transport Services – Route-Based Public Transport Services, Net, Tender 2026-04. Public Transport Services According To The Route-Based License Agreement Between Jämsä And Lahti. In This Call For Tenders, A Route-Based License Agreement Refers To A License Agreement In Accordance With Regulation (Ec) No. 1370/2007 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council (Service Contract Regulation) And The Transport Services Act (320/2017), Which Is Drawn Up To Manage Route-Based Public Transport Services Planned By The Customer. The Content Of The Right Of Use Is Defined In The Attached Document General Terms Of The Route-Based Right-Of-Use Agreement. The Traffic In Accordance With This Agreement Is Granted An Exclusive Right In Accordance With The Service Contract Regulation In Exchange For The Performance Of Public Service Obligations By A Separate Administrative Decision. The Exclusive Right Is Granted Taking Into Account Other Existing Traffic. The Interoperability Requirements Required By The Transport Services Act (320/2017, Part Iv Chapter 18 § 157) Are Described In More Detail In The Tender Request And In Its Appendices.
