Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services – Design Team Kleine Heide Phase 7. This Concerns A Services Contract With The Following Objects: 1. Architectural Assignment For Demolition + New Construction. The Object Of The Assignment Is A Complete Architectural Assignment, Including All Studies Regarding Stability And Techniques For The Demolition Of 44 Existing Single-Family Homes On Folke Bernadottelaan And 3 Single-Family Homes On Robert Schumanlaan, And The Realization Of At Least 110 Residential Entities In Different Volumes, An Underground Parking Garage And Collective Inner Areas, Within The Urban Development Framework. The Buildings Will Be Constructed Partly On The Grounds Of Woonhaven Antwerp In The Kleine Heide District And Partly On The Grounds Of The City Of Antwerp As Part Of A Land Exchange. 2. Infrastructure Assignment Linked To The Above Architectural Assignment, Infrastructure Will Also Be Constructed. The Object Of This Assignment Is The Complete Infrastructure Assignment For The Construction Of Two Renovated Streets (Folke Bernadottelaan And Robert Schumanlaan), A Shortcut (From Aartselaarstraat To Nieuwe Folke Bernadottelaan) And Two Parking Pockets (On Draaiboomstraat And Aartselaarstaat) Adjacent To The New Buildings. The Infrastructure Will Be Partly Built On The Site Of Woonhaven Antwerp In The Kleine Heide District And Partly On The Site Of The City Of Antwerp In The Context Of A Land Exchange. These Two Assignments Form One Indivisible Whole And Must Be Carried Out Together.
