The Assignment Includes, Among Other Things, The Delivery Of Client-Related Products Such As Laptops And Desktop Computers, Chromebooks, Tablets, Mobile Phones, Screens, Docking Stations, Accessories, Spare Parts And Other Related Equipment Within The Contract Area. The Assignment Also Includes Product-Related And Supporting Services Such As Ordering Portal, Logistics, Delivery Support, Configuration, Labeling, Return Handling, Service, Warranty Administration, Reuse, Recycling, Reporting, Consulting, Assortment Development And Other Services With A Natural Connection To The Contract Area. The Goal Is To Establish A Long-Term Partnership Where The Supplier Does Not Only Deliver Products On Call, But Actively Contributes To Standardization, Cost Efficiency, High Quality, Reduced Internal Administration, Sustainable Resource Use And A Well-Functioning Digital Workplace For The Customers Operations, According To Appendix 3 Objective Description Digital Workplace.
