Public Utilities – Locally Coordinated Procurement Regarding Electricity Deliveries To Region Stockholm. Region Stockholm Is Responsible For Healthcare, Public Transport And Regional Development In Stockholm County. This Procurement Is A Coordinated Procurement And Includes Boards And Companies Under Region Stockholm, Including The Regional Board, The Real Estate And Service Board, Administration For An Expanded Subway, The Health Board, Locum Ab, Medicarrier Ab, The Primary Care Board, The Trafiknämnden, Ab Storstockholm Lokaltrafik (Sl), And Waxholms Ångfartygs Ab, (Waxholmsbolaget) Needs During The Framework Agreement Period. The Traffic Board Has Been Appointed And Given A Mandate To Procure For The Above Boards And Companies. The Respective Board And Company, Which Is Owned By The Legal Entity Region Stockholm, Has The Right To Make Its Own Purchases And Tenders Under This Framework Agreement. However, The Entities Will Be Successively Connected To This Framework Agreement, Based On When Their Respective Existing Agreements Expire. Locum, Which Accounts For Approximately 40% Of The Electricity Use That The Framework Agreement Intends To Cover In The Long Term, Will Connect From 2026-11-01. Sl/Wåab, Which Accounts For Almost 60% Of The Electricity Use That The Framework Agreement Intends To Cover In The Long Term, Will Connect From 2028-01-01.
