The Assignment Concerns The Implementation Of Workday Within The Hr, Finance And Purchasing Domains, From Design To Commissioning, Combined With The Guidance And Realization Of The Transition To A Process-Driven Organization. The Assignment Is Carried Out By A Combination Of A Business Partner And A System Integrator (Whether Or Not Within One Entity), Whereby The Business Partner Is Responsible For Guiding The Organizational Transformation And The System Integrator For The Technical Realization Of The Platform, In Mutual Coordination And With Integrated Responsibility For The Whole. The Assignment Includes Both The Technical Implementation Of The Platform And The Necessary Organizational Transformation That Accompanies It, Including The Transition From The Current Erp System Peoplesoft To The New Platform. The Contractor Is Expected To Be Responsible For The Configuration, Integration And Production Of A Working And Integrated Solution, And To Take A Leading Role In Guiding The Organization Towards A More Standardized, Integrated And Process-Driven Operation. An Essential Part Of The Assignment Is The Harmonization And Standardization Of Processes Across The Domains Involved (Hr, Finance And Purchasing), With Maximum Use Of The Standard Functionalities Of The Platform. In This Context, It Is Expected That Existing Working Methods Will Be Critically Evaluated And, Where Necessary, Redesigned In Line With Best Practices And Future-Oriented Operation. In Addition, The Assignment Includes Guiding The Transition From The Current Legacy Erp System Peoplesof, Oracle Recruit And Learn, Including The Migration Of Relevant Data, The Phase-Out Of Existing Solutions And Ensuring The Continuity Of Services During The Transition Period. The Contractor Must Organize Its Project Governance In Such A Way That A Structural And Sustainable Knowledge Transfer To The Employees Of Uz Leuven Is Assured. The Aim Of This Is To Enable The Organization To Independently Manage, Further Develop And Maintain The System After Delivery.
