The Subject Of The Agreement Is The Development Of The Riverbed Netprofiler Network Monitoring System Owned By The Ordering Party, Consisting In Increasing The Limit Of Supported Netflow Protocol Packets Through: 1. Delivery And Installation In The Ordering Partys Network Monitoring System Of 24 Monthly Netflow Licenses And 24 Monthly Licenses For The Flowgateway Server, In An Amount Enabling The Support Of An Additional 600,000 Flow/Min, Together With The Installation, In Cooperation With The Ordering Party, Of An Additional Expansion Module Virtual Server For Flow Handling; 2. Provision Of The Contractors Service For The Licenses Indicated In Point 1 Above And The Additional Netprofiler - Expansion Module Virtual Server Indicated In Point 1 Above, Including Manufacturers Support. 3. The Ordering Party Allows The Offer Of An Equivalent Network Monitoring System With Manufacturers Support. In Such A Case, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Complete System With Full Functionality Of The System Owned By The Ordering Party. The Conditions Of Equivalence And The Terms Of Providing Maintenance Services For Equivalent Products Are Included In Chapter Iv Of The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz), Which Constitutes Annex No. 11 To The Swz. Order Completion Date: 1. For The Basic Order: A) The Contractor Will Deliver And Install Netflow Licenses, Licenses For The Flowgateway Server And Install An Additional Netprofiler - Expansion Module Virtual Server Within 14 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Agreement; B) The Contractor Will Provide The Service For The License And For The Additional Virtual Server Referred To In Point (A). A) Above, For 24 Months From The Date Of Receipt And Installation Of The License Together With The Server. 2. For An Equivalent Order: A) The Contractor Will Deliver And Implement A Network Monitoring System At The Ordering Partys Location And Provide Instructions Within 30 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Agreement; B) The Contractor Will Provide Maintenance Services For The Equivalent System For 24 Months From The Date Of Acceptance Of The Implementation.
