The Purpose Of The Training Is For The Heads Of A Group, Sector, Department And Direction To Increase Their Abilities To Manage Safety And Efficiency When Working With Teams As A Result, Specific Training Should Be Carried Out At The Middle Level For Managers, In Accordance With Their Job Description And With The Future Dynamics In The Energy Sector, Taking Into Account The Green Transition And Digitalization.
