The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A System For Managing The Circulation Of Surgical Tools And Medical Equipment, Hereinafter Referred To As The Subject Of The Order. 2. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular The Sale And Delivery Of: A) A Management And Registration System For The Circulation Of Tools In Central Sterilization, Along With Granting A License B) Marking Of Tools C) Aio Computers With Accessories D) Code Scanners E) Label Printers F) Multifunction Device G) Document Scanners 3. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Required Parameters Form (Appendix No. 2 To The Swz) And In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Chapter Ii Of The Swz. 4. The Ordering Party Requires That The Contractor, When Implementing The Subject Of The Contract, Act In Accordance With The Do No Serious Harm (Dnsh) Principle, Specified In Art. 17 Of Regulation (Eu) 2020/852, In Particular: • Ensured That The Devices Meet Energy Efficiency Requirements, • Ensured The Possession Of The Required Environmental Certificates, • Ensured The Minimization Of Emissions And Environmental Impacts, • Collected And Managed Waste Generated During Delivery, Installation Or Servicing In Accordance With The Waste Management Hierarchy (Prevention, Reuse, Recycling, Recovery, Disposal), • Transport And Installation Of The Devices Were Carried Out In A Manner Minimizing The Impact On The Environment. 5. The Order Consists Of 1 Task. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. In Order To Ensure Comprehensive Execution Of The Order, The Delivery, Installation And Launch Of The It System Together With The Delivery Of The Necessary Medical Equipment Must Be Compatible With The Software And Tool Marking Service. The Above Makes It Impossible To Divide Into Tasks. 6. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Variant Offers. 7. The Ordering Party Requires The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, Counting From The Date Of Signing The Contract - Within A Period Of Up To 30 Calendar Days, But The Day Of Signing The Contract Is Not Included In The Implementation Deadline. The Implementation Period Is One Of The Criteria For Evaluating Offers.
