The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Conservation And Restoration Work On Railway Rolling Stock From The Collections Of The Museum Station In Warsaw: Item No. 1 - Passenger Carriage Type Cy No. 13001, Inventory No. Muz I 40, Item No. 2 - Bci Type Passenger Wagon, Inventory No. Muz I 28. 2. The Detailed Scope Of Services That Are The Subject Of This Order Is Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Which Constitutes Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 3. Place Of Performance Of The Subject Of The Order: Stacja Muzeum Ul. Towarowa 3 00-811 Warszawa 4. Bearing In Mind That In Accordance With § 6 Section 1 Of The Contract Template, Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz, The Ordering Party Has Provided For A Lump-Sum Remuneration For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, It Is Recommended That The Contractor Makes A Site Visit, Reads The Content Of This Chapter, In Particular Annex No. 1 To The Swz, And Obtains, At His Own Responsibility And Risk, Any Additional Information That May Be Necessary To Prepare The Offer And Conclude The Contract And Perform The Order. 5. Pursuant To The Provisions Of § 2 Section 8 Of The Contract Template, The Contractor Is Obliged To Conclude, At His Own Expense, A Contract Or Subsequent Insurance Contracts Establishing Insurance Coverage From The Date Of Signing The Contract To The Date Of Completion Of The Works, In The Field Of Civil Liability (In Tort And Contract) Of The Contractor And All Subcontractors And Further Subcontractors In The Scope Of Their Activities Related To The Subject Of The Agreement, For Damages They May Cause To The Ordering Party And Third Parties In Connection With The Implementation Of This Agreement. 6. Required Order Completion Date: Maximum 6 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, Under The Conditions Specified In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz.
