The Objective Of Acquiring The Service Is To Satisfy The Need For Expeditious Communication By Landline Telephone Between The Various Departments Of The Municipality With Other Public And Private Organizations And With The Community. It Is Essential For The Continuity Of Service And For This Administration, That The Services Are Operational (Including Portability If Applicable) For The Next Day At The End Of The Contract And Tender That The Municipality Currently Has And Its Modifications.
