The Purpose Of This Tender Is To Hire A Natural Or Legal Person, Who Has A Current Agreement With The National Health Fund (Fonasa), In Order To Offer Specialized Medical Care In Ophthalmology To The Users Of The Primary Ophthalmological Care Unit (Uapo) Of The Commune Of Vitacura, For A Period Of 24 Months, Or Until The Awarded Amount Of The Contract Is Exhausted, Whichever Occurs First. The Provision Of These Services Must Be Framed Within The Scope Of Non-Ges Ophthalmological Care, That Is, Those That Are Not Contemplated Within The Explicit Health Guarantees (Ges), But That Also Represent An Important Clinical Need For The User Population Of The Uapo. The Awarded Provider Must Carry Out Ophthalmological Medical Procedures And Evaluations Necessary For The Investigation, Diagnosis, Control And Treatment Of Ocular Pathologies, In Accordance With The Demand Identified By The Health Team Of The Uapo And The Cesfam Of Vitacura. Likewise, It Is Expected That Services Will Be Provided Under Quality Standards Defined By The Ministry Of Health, Ensuring Timely, Efficient Care Focused On The Needs Of Patients. This Contract Seeks To Strengthen The Communitys Primary Health Care Network, Improving The Populations Access To Ophthalmology Specialists, Optimizing The Resolution Of Cases At The Local Level And Reducing Waiting Times For This Type Of Medical Services. For This Call For Bids, The Present Bae, Bt, Administrative And Technical Annexes, Bag, Modifications And/Or Clarifications (If Applicable), Responses To Queries And The Contract, As Well As The Other Documents That Are Part Of This Tender, Will Govern.
