1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Meeting Place For Children And Youth, Ul. Gagarina 152. 2. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular The Following Scope Of Work: 1) General Construction Works, Such As: Demolition And Adaptation Works, Construction Of Plasterboard Partition Walls, Wall Cladding With Ceramic Tiles, Gypsum Plasters, Painting Works, Installation Of Suspended Ceilings, Plastered Ceilings And Walls, Tile Floors, Installation Of Internal And External Doors And Windows, Purchase And Installation Of Movable Equipment, 2) Sanitary Works, Such As: Installation Heating, Water Supply, Sewage, Ventilation And Air Conditioning,3) Electrical Works Such As: Execution Of Lighting Installation, Electrical Installation Equipment, Structural Installation, Cctv, Sswin, Intercom Installation, Execution Of Wlz, Lightning Protection And Earthing Installation, Installation Of Switchgear.3. The Contractor Will Complete The Subject Of The Order To The Extent And In The Manner Specified In The Design Documentation And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Studies Prepared By The Company Sytek-Projekty, Ewa Sytek; Components Of The Design Documentation And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works Listed In Annex No. 1 To The Contract Template) And In Accordance With Applicable Law, Standards, Construction Practice, Based On The Inspection Of The Construction Site And In Accordance With The Decisions Held By The Ordering Party Administrative. The Contractor Will Perform The Work, Taking Into Account The Implementation And Application Of Treatments Aimed At Optimal Protection Of Trees And Shrubs On The Construction Site, In Accordance With The Guidelines Contained In Separate Provisions Of The Contract. In Addition, The Contractor Will Perform The Subject Of The Contract Taking Into Account The Dnsh Principle (Do No Serious Harm), A Requirement Of Which Results From Regulation (Eu) 2021/241 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 12 February 2021 Establishing A Recovery And Resilience Facility And Regulation (Eu) 2020/852 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 18 June 2020 On Establishing A Framework Facilitating Sustainable Investment, Amending Regulation (Eu) 2019/2088. Guidelines For The Contractor Regarding The Above Are Also Included In Separate Provisions Of The Contract Template. 4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Requirements For The Contractor Are Included In The Contract Template Constituting An Annex To The Swz.5. Provisions Regarding Equivalent Solutions Are Specified In Point 6 Of Swz.6. Order Completion Date: 11.
