1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Implementation Of The Task Titled: Reconstruction Of Piwna Street In Połczyn-Zdrój. 2. The Task Is Co-Financed By The Government Road Development Fund. Agreement No. Rfrd-1/8/2026 Of April 10, 2026. The Works Will Be Divided Into Two Tasks: Task No. 1 Reconstruction Of The Surface Of Ul. Piwna With Sidewalks And Parking Spaces, As Well As Construction Of A Storm Sewage System - A Task Financed From The Government Road Development Fund. The Implementation Of The Task Will Consist In Rebuilding The Surface Of Piwna Street (From The Intersection With Ul. Szczecinecka To The Intersection With Ul. Staszica) And The Intersections Located There (Ul. Browarna, Ul. Wąska And Ul. Staszica), Exits, Construction Of A Rainwater Drainage System And Illumination Of The Pedestrian Crossing And The Replacement Of Street Lamps. Due To The Long Period Of Use, The Street Surface Has Been Significantly Degraded, With Numerous Deformations, Ruts, Humps And Displacements. There Is Also A Combined Sewerage Network Under The Existing Surface, Which Will Be Rebuilt And Divided Into Rainwater And Sanitary Sewage Systems In Accordance With The Design Documentation. The Main Goal Of The Task Is To Improve The Standard And Quality Of The Road Network As Well As To Increase The Load-Bearing Capacity Of The Surface. The Scope Of The Task Includes: • Construction Of A Water Supply Network With Diameters Dn160, Dn110, Dn90 Pe100 Rc Sdr17 Pn 10 And A Total Length Of 390.0 M Along With Connections And External Installations With Diameters Dn63, Dn50, Dn 40, Dn32 Pehd100 Sdr11 Pn16 And A Total Length 116.0 M With Infrastructure, • Construction Of A Sanitary Sewage Network With Diameters Dn250, Dn200 Pvc Sn8 With A Total Length Of 404.0 M With Connections With Diameters Dn200, Dn160 Pvc Sn8 With A Total Length Of 204.5 M With Infrastructure, • Execution Of Construction Works In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Installation Of Infrastructure; • Preparation Of Utilities Marking; • Preparation Of As-Built Documentation; • Submitting To The Construction Supervision Authority (Based On The Power Of Attorney Granted By Rwik) A Notice Of Construction Completion Along With Attachments And Obtaining A Certificate Of No Objection To Use.
