The Investment Includes In Particular: • Construction Of A Sidewalk Along The Street. Słoneczna, • Reconstruction Of The Individual Exit To Property No. 2, • Construction Of Road Lighting, • Protection Of The Existing Telecommunications Network. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Attached Design Documentation Prepared By Rdk Projekt Sp. Z O. O., Ul. Wrocławska 24/3, 55-040 Bielany Wrocławskie. Obligations Of The Contractor: 1. The Contractor Will Carry Out The Necessary Activities And Bear All Costs Related To The Organization And Maintenance Of The Construction Site. The Contractor Must Provide The Necessary Utilities For Construction On His Own. The Contractor Will Hang An Information Board And Appropriately Secure The Construction Site.2. The Contractor Will Develop New Ord And Orz Designs Based On The Documents Attached To The Tender, And Will Also Obtain New Approvals Required By Law, And Will Then Introduce Appropriate Horizontal And Vertical Markings To The Construction Site. The Documentation Should Include Appropriate Signage, Traffic Management And Possible Road Traffic Disruptions, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And Recommendations. 3. After Completing The Task Based On The Approved Design, Introducing The Target Traffic Organization.4. Within 14 Days Of Signing The Contract, The Contractor Will Send Electronically: - Data Necessary To Prepare A Power Of Attorney To Represent The Kobierzyce Commune In Topics Related To The Investment In Question, - A Proposal For A Material And Financial Schedule With Details Of The Contract Price Broken Down Into The Value Of Individual Construction Works, Adjusted To The Table Of Integrated Elements Made Available By The Ordering Party To The Contractor Selected In The Tender Procedure; 6. The Contractor, On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, In The Scope Of Construction Works: - Will Keep A Construction Log, And If Necessary, Will Register Subsequent Volumes Of The Construction Log, - Will Notify The District Construction Supervision Inspectorate Of The Intended Date Of Commencement Of Construction Works, - Will Implement The Provisions Of Other Decisions And Arrangements Attached To The Design Documentation.7. Archaeological Supervision Over The Earthworks Is Provided By The Ordering Party.8. The Contractor Will Inform The Provincial Office For The Protection Of Monuments About The Date Of Commencement Of Earthworks, As Well As The Contractor Performing Archaeological Supervision.9.
