The Subject Of The Order Is: Thermal Modernization With Reconstruction And Partial Demolition Of The Building Of The Ambulance Station In Mikołów At Ul. Wyzwolenia 5 Will Be Divided Into The Following Phases: Phase No. 1: Preparation Of Design Documentation, The Scope Of Which Describes In Detail The Pfu Together With Annexes Constituting Its Integral Part, And In Particular The Preparation Of: A) Conceptual Design, B) Construction Design, C) Executive Designs For Individual Industries, D) Cost Estimate Detailed Construction And Bill Of Quantities Covering The Scope Of Construction Works, E) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Hereinafter Referred To As Stwiorb), F) Obtaining A Final Decision On A Building Permit, G) Making All Required Notifications, Arrangements And Permits Required By Law, Related To The Execution Of The Subject Of The Contract, H) Carrying Out Any Other Studies And Designs Required By Law Or By The Ordering Party For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, In Particular The Bioz Plan. Documentation The Design Document Should Specify In Detail The Technical And Functional Parameters Of The Adopted Material Solutions, Selected Technology, Machines, Devices And Equipment. Phase No. 2: Execution Of Construction Works In Accordance With The Ffu, Carried Out By The Contractor In Phase No. 1 Above And Approved By The Ordering Party, Complete Design Documentation And The Obtained Construction Permit, Applicable Legal Provisions, Provisions Of The Local Spatial Development Plan And Principles Of Technical Knowledge. The Contractor Will Use Its Own Funds To Purchase And Deliver Materials, Structures And Equipment Necessary For The Implementation Of The Investment And Will Perform All Accompanying Works Necessary To Complete The Subject Of The Contract, Subject To The Possibility Of Investor Deliveries, On The Terms Agreed By The Parties To The Agreement. All Obligations Arising From The Implementation Of Phase No. 2 Of The Subject Of The Contract Fall Within The Scope Of The Contractors Remuneration, Indicated In §3 Of The Proposed Agreement. Phase No. 3: Obtaining A Final Decision On The Occupancy Permit For The Element Or Elements In Accordance With The Obtained Building Permit.
