The Subject Of The Order Consists Of The Following Two Stages: 1) Stage I (2026) Covering The Renovation Of The Kitchen Building In The Scope Of Renovation Works Of The Roof, Walls And Facades, Internal Rooms, Internal And External Installations And The Surroundings Of The Building. Construction Works Should Start With The Renovation Of The Internal Rooms Of The Kitchen Building On The Ground Floor Along With The Installations, So As To Enable Uninterrupted Operation Of The Kitchen. The Method Of Performing The Work Should Be Agreed With The Ordering Party And The Facility Manager. 2) Stage Ii (2027) Including The Completion Of The Renovation Of The Kitchen Building, Video Monitoring In The Palace Building And The Kasztanem House, As Well As The Reconstruction Of The Electrical Power Supply Of The Dps Building Complex And The Installation Of Call Systems In The Palace Building.
