Brzostówiec, Plot No. 997.834 Radzyń Podlaski Communethe Scope Of The Order Includes The Modernization (Reconstruction) Of Municipal Road No. 101925L Between Pow. 834 On The Section From Km 0+000 To Km 0+320 In Accordance With The Assumed Mileage, Including The Construction Of An Asphalt Concrete Road Surface With Reinforcement Of The Ground Shoulders With Crushed Aggregate And Markings In Accordance With The Sor Project, 4.1.1 As Part Of The Modernization (Reconstruction) Of The Access Road To Agricultural Land In The Town Of Brzostówiec, The Following Construction Works Should Be Performed:* Measurement Works.• Removal Of The Soil Layer Fertile Soil (Topsoil) Within The Road.• Profiling And Compacting The Existing Subgrade For The Construction Layers Of The Pavement.• Making A Base Of Mechanically Stabilized Crushed Aggregate 0/31.5 Mm.• Sprinkling The Stone Base With Asphalt Emulsion.• Making A Leveling Layer Of Ac 11W 50/70 Asphalt Concrete.• Sprinkling The Emulsion Asphalt Binding Layer.• Construction Of A Wearing Course Of Ac 11S 50/70 Asphalt Concrete.• Reinforcement Of Ground Roadsides With Crushed Aggregate 0/31.5 Mm.• Road Marking In Accordance With The Sor Design.4.1.2 A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 7 To The Swz (Documentation). It Consists Of The Following Documents: 1) Construction Design2) Stwiorb3) Permanent Road Traffic Organization Project4) Bill Of Quantities Due To The Fact That The Contractors Remuneration Indicated In The Offer Will Be A Lump Sum, When Pricing The Offer, The Contractor Should Rely On The Scope Indicated In The Design Documentation Referred To In Point 4.1.2. The Bill Of Quantities Is Of An Auxiliary Nature. The Occurrence Of Works Not Included In The Bill Of Quantities Or Works In A Larger Quantity Compared To The Quantity Accepted In The Bill Of Quantities During The Implementation Of The Contract Will Not Entitle The Contractor To Demand Additional Remuneration - If These Works Were Included In The Design Documentation Referred To In Point 4.1.2. In Each Case Of Using Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Article 101, Section 1, Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contractor Should Assume That Such A Reference Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent Months, Counted From The Date Of Final Acceptance.
