The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of An Investment Task Entitled Energy Modernization Of The Building Of Kindergarten No. 5 In Wolsztyn Along With The Construction Of Green-Blue Infrastructure Elements - In The Design And Build Formula. The Order Will Be Implemented In The Design And Build Formula And Includes: • Development Of Complete, Multi-Discipline Design Documentation, • Obtaining Legally Required Administrative Decisions, Arrangements, Opinions And Permits, • Performance Of Construction And Installation Works, • Commissioning And Acceptance Of Completed Installations, • Handing Over The Facility For Use, • Preparing As-Built Documentation, • Performing Authors Supervision, • Providing Warranty And Maintenance Services. The Investment Will Be Implemented On A Property Located In Wolsztyn, Plot No. 311/7, Wolsztyn District, Wolsztyn Commune. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Following Documents Constituting Annexes To The Swz: • Functional And Utility Program (Ffu), • Audit Building Energy Audit,• Lighting Energy Audit,• Building Energy Performance Certificate - Design,• Ornithological And Chiropterological Expertise And Natural Inventory Regarding The Occurrence Of Protected Animal Species, Including Birds And Bats,• Technical Documentation Of The Building,The Execution Of The Order Will Take Place In An Active Educational Facility, Therefore The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out The Works In A Way That Ensures The Safety Of Users And Minimizes Disruptions In The Functioning Facility. The Investment Task Is Co-Financed By The European Funds For A Green Greater Poland Program, Measure 02.01 Supporting Energy Efficiency And Reduction Of Greenhouse Gas Emissions Of The European Funds For Greater Poland 2021-2027 Program
