The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In The Construction Of A Road For Pedestrians And Bicycles With A Bituminous Surface Connecting The Town Of Mirosławiec With The Town Of Kalinówka, Along The National Road No. 10, Performed As Part Of The Task Entitled: Construction Of The Mirosławiec-Kalinówka Pedestrian And Bicycle Path. The Subject Of The Order Includes, Among Others: Drainage Of The Path (Reconstruction Of The Sewage On The Road, Construction Of A Reinforced Ditch), Felling Of Trees And New Tree Plantings, Vertical And Horizontal Markings And Installation Of Road Traffic Safety Devices, I.E. Protective Barriers. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Scope Of The Order Was Described Using The Design Documentation And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Terms Of Reference, Hereinafter Referred To As The Swz. Other Conditions Regarding The Implementation Of The Contract Are Specified In Annex No. 3 To The Swz (Drafted Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract).
