The Scope Of The Contract Includes: Renovation Of The Main Staircase In The Building Of The Municipal Office In Chrzanów At Al. Henryka 20, Consisting Mainly Of Replacing Floors, Painting Walls And Ceilings, Strengthening And Renovating Balustrades, Electrical Works, And The Removal And Disposal Of Construction Waste In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. 3. A Detailed Opz Was Specified In Annex No. 8 To The Swz: Design Documentation And Stwiorb. 4. Wherever The Subject Of The Contract Is Described By Reference To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Contracting Authority Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described, And Adds The Words Or Equivalent To These References In The Absence Of A Specific Term. If The Design Documentation, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Or Other Procurement Documents Indicate The Names Of Manufacturers, Trademarks, Patents Or The Origin Of Materials, Devices Or Technologies, They Should Be Treated As Examples. The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Equivalent Solutions, I.E. Those That Provide At Least The Same Technical, Qualitative, Functional And Operational Parameters As The Solutions Indicated In The Documentation. The Contractor Who Proposes An Equivalent Solution Is Obliged To Demonstrate Its Equivalence By Presenting Relevant Documents, In Particular Technical Sheets, Certificates, Declarations Of Conformity Or Other Evidence Confirming The Fulfillment Of The Required Parameters. The Use Of Equivalent Solutions Cannot Result In An Increase In The Contractors Remuneration Or A Reduction In The Standard Of Work.
