The Scope Of The Study Includes: 1) Obtaining A Set Of Input Data Necessary To Prepare Acoustic Maps, 2) Developing An Acoustic Model Of The City Of Rybnik, Based On All Collected, Verified And Updated Input Data, In An Environment Enabling Calculations And Analyzes To Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Calculation Method Applicable On The Date Of Its Submission To The Ordering Party (Cnossos-Eu), 3) Carrying Out All Required (According To The Documents Indicated In Point 3) Calculations And Analyses, In Particular Statistical, Spatial, Textual, Tabular And Graphical Analyses, 4) Analysis Of The Suitability Of The Environmental Noise Measurement Results Provided By The Ordering Party For The Calibration And Validation Of The Acoustic Model Of The City Of Rybnik, And If It Is Necessary To Supplement These Data - Carrying Out Accredited Measurements Of Environmental Noise, In Accordance With The Applicable Reference Methodology For A Given Noise Source, In Locations Agreed With The Ordering Party And In A Number Of Points Not Less Than: - 60 - For Road Noise - 10 - For Railway Noise − 2 – For Aircraft Noise − 20 – For Industrial Noise5) Calibration And Validation Of The Acoustic Model Of The City Of Rybnik, Based On The Results Of The Above-Mentioned Measurements, Taking Into Account The Guidelines Of The Chief Inspectorate Of Environmental Protection In This Regard, And The Calibration And Validation Procedure Performed Must Be Described And Its Results Documented. 6) Development Of A Map Of Areas Requiring Protection Against Noise (Sensitivity Map), 7) Development Of The Descriptive Part Of The Strategic Noise Map (Smh), 8) Development Of The Graphic Part Of The Smh, 9) Preparation Of The Smh Content For Publication On The Website Of The Rybnik City Hall And/Or In The Spatial Information System Of The City Of Rybnik, In Accordance With Annex No. 1 Of Ordinance No. 477/2022 Of The Mayor Of Rybnik: Guidelines On Data Formats (Https://Bip.Um.Rybnik.Eu/Default.Aspx?Page=214&Id=72331)10) Preparation Of Reporting Sheets, In The Form Of Spreadsheets And Spatial Data Sets, And Descriptive Documents For The European Commission Regarding The Strategic Noise Map (Including For Roads With Over 3 Million Vehicles Per Year And Railway Lines With Over 30,000 Trains Per Year) In The Form And Scope Specified By The Chief Inspector Of Protection Environment, 11) Providing The Ordering Party With All Data Collected For The Purposes Of Preparing The Smh, The Acoustic Model Of The City And The Vector Input And Output Database, 12) Preparing And Giving An Smh Presentation During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order According To The Needs Of The Ordering Party And The Final Version At The Acceptance Stage (At Least 2 Presentations).
