1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Delivery Of Clothing Constituting Elements Of A Foresters Uniform To Employees Of The Rajgród Forest District In 2026.2. The Supplied Clothing Must Comply With Order No. 10 Of The Director General Of The State Forests Of February 26, 2026 On Technical And Technological Documentation Of Selected Elements Of Foresters Uniforms According To The Regulation Of The Minister Of The Environment Of December 19, 2017. Regarding Patterns Of Foresters Uniforms And Signs For Persons Authorized To Wear Them. The Regulations Referred To In This Point Together With The Annexes Constitute Annex No. 9 To The Swz.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure The Availability Of Each Product Described In Section 2 Throughout The Duration Of The Contract, In Every Possible Size, Consistent With The Technical Documentation, Including The Possibility Of Delivering Products In Non-Standard Sizes, If The Technical Documentation Provides For Them, Or Temporarily Unavailable. Deliveries Of Non-Standard Sizes (Requiring Adaptation To The Users Figure) Will Be Made If It Is Not Possible To Select The Assortment In Typical Sizes.4. The Contractor Will Ensure The Possibility Of Cashless Collection Of The Assortment By Authorized Employees Of The Ordering Party At The Distribution Point Referred To In Section 5 Or By Mail Order, Providing Free Shipping And Possible Returns Based On Orders Placed At The Point Or By E-Mail. This Point Should: 1) Be Heated In Such A Way That The Temperature During The Entire Duration Of The Contract Is At Least 21 Degrees Celsius But Not Higher Than 26 Degrees Celsius. 2) Be Equipped With At Least One Fitting Room, Allowing For Free Trying On The Products, 3) Be Equipped With Internal Lighting, 4) Be Equipped With An Exposition Enabling Viewing The Offered Products And The Stock Of The Full Range Of Products And Half The Size Of All Uniform Elements. 5) Be Away From The Ordering Partys Headquarters (Tama 2,19-206 Tama) At A Distance Of No More Than 80 Kilometers In A Straight Line, Calculated Using The Measure Distance Tool Available On The Website Https://Mapy.Geoportal.Gov.Pl.
