Tenders Are Invited For Development Of Design Documentation For Civil Protection Infrastructure - Hidden In A Dual-Use Facility.

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Complete, Multi-Discipline Design Documentation Along With Obtaining The Required Decisions, Opinions, Arrangements, Technical Conditions And Permits Necessary For The Proper Development Of Design Documentation And The Preparation Of A Complete Application For A Building Permit For An Investment Involving The Construction Of A Dual-Use Structure, I.E. An Underground Parking Lot With The Function Of A Hiding Protective Structure, In Accordance With Variant Ii Indicated In The Feasibility Study (Annex To Opz).2. In The Scope Of The Decision On The Building Permit, The Contractors Obligation Is To Prepare A Complete Application For The Issuance Of The Building Permit Together With The Required Annexes And Submit It To The Competent Authority Within The Order Execution Deadline. Obtaining A Final Decision On A Building Permit Is Not A Condition For Completing The Subject Of The Order, Unless The Contract Provides Otherwise.3. The Design Documentation Should Include A Facility That Serves As A Parking Lot In Everyday Use, And In Emergency Situations - As A Hiding Place Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of The Act Of December 5, 2024 On Civil Protection And Civil Defense And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Interior And Administration Of November 4, 2025 On Technical Conditions For Protective Structures And Technical Conditions For Their Use And Location.4. The Investment Is Planned For Implementation In Stalowa Wola, On The Plot Indicated In The Feasibility Study, I.E. Plot No. 746/3, District 181801_1.0003 Centrum, Registration Unit Stalowa Wola.5. The Order Is Co-Financed By The Podkarpackie Voivode, Under The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026.6. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Is Specified In Annex No. 1 - Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting An Annex To Swz.7. Contractor Pursuant To Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contractor Or Subcontractor Will Be Obliged To: Employ Persons Under An Employment Contract To Perform Activities Related To The Execution Of The Order, The Performance Of Which Consists In Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Items 1510, 1700, 2140, Of 2023, Item 240) The Following Activities: - Not Applicable8. On-Site Visit. The Ordering Party Does Not Provide For The Possibility Of The Contractor Carrying Out An On-Site Visit And Does Not Require The Contractor To Carry Out An On-Site Visit And Check The Documents Necessary To Complete The Order, Available On-Site At The Ordering Party.9. The Ordering Party Does Not Specify Additional Requirements Related To The Employment Of Persons Referred To In Art. 96 Section 2 Point 2 Of The Pzp.10 Act. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Verify The Persons Carrying Out The Order In Accordance With The Act Of May 13, 2016 On Counteracting Threats Of Sexual Crime.
