The Scope Of Services And Their Implementation Procedures Are Set Out In Annex No. 2 To The Agreement. The Contractor Undertakes, Taking Into Account The Professional Nature Of Its Activity, To Provide The Services That Are The Subject Of The Agreement With The Utmost Care And In Accordance With Industry Standards Adopted For Similar Services, Taking Into Account The Specific Nature Of The Ordering Partys Business.
