A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In Annex 5 To The Swz. 3. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Brand New, From Current Production, Free From Any Defects And Damage, Without Previous Use And Cannot Be Subject To The Rights Of Third Parties.4.
