The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Equipment Extending The Dantec System Owned By The Ordering Party For The Needs Of The Faculty Of Mechanical And Shipbuilding Engineering Of The Gdańsk University Of Technology.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In Annex 5 To The Swz. 3. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Brand New, From Current Production, Free From Any Defects And Damage, Without Previous Use And Cannot Be Subject To The Rights Of Third Parties.4. The Subject Of The Order Includes Its Transport, Insurance Along The Entire Route And Bringing The Subject Of The Order To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party On The Premises Of The Gdańsk University Of Technology.5. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide The Required Equipment, Connect It To The Equipment Already In Its Possession And Activate It, Demonstrate Proper Operation And Train The Ordering Partys Employees (Maximum 4 People) In The Operation Of The Installed Equipment. 6.
