The Subject Of The Order Is The Transport Service Of Students To And From Educational Units Located In The Zaniemyśl Commune In The 2026/2027 School Year. For Organizational Reasons, The Service Should Be Provided By Two Buses On All School Days. The Service Should Be Provided On Two Fixed Routes And During Specific Hours Related To The Work Of Educational Units. The First Transport Route Concerns The Primary School In Zaniemyśl And The Local Government Kindergarten In Zaniemyśl And Has A Route Of 92 Km Per Day. The Second Transport Route Concerns The Primary School In Pigłowice And The Primary School In Śnieciska, And Has A Route Of 96 Km Per Day. The List Of Routes Is Attached As Annex 6 To The Swz. The Service Should Be Valued Based On The Actual Kilometers Traveled By The Buses And Should Take Into Account All Costs Of Its Implementation, Including The Costs Of Employing Nannies For Students During Transport. The Length Of The Routes Does Not Include Buses Reaching The Stops Starting The Routes And Returning From The Stops Ending The Routes. The Contractors Buses Must Have Third Party Liability, Ac And Personal Accident Insurance. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Service Schedule Depending On The Organization Of Learning And The Organization Of The School Year In Educational Units. The Ordering Party Estimates 184 Days For The Contractor To Provide The Service. Due To The Overlapping Time Of The Service On Two Routes, It Is Not Possible To Provide It With One Bus And With The Same People. Pursuant To The Act Of May 13, 2016 On Counteracting Threats Of Sexual Crime And Protection Of Minors (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 110), The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor - Before Starting The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Transportation Of Students To Educational Units In The Zaniemyśl Commune In The School Year 2026/2027 - To Fulfill Its Obligation Referred To In Art. 21 Of The Said Act In Relation To Drivers And Guardians Carrying Out The Task And Will Have Introduced Standards For The Protection Of Minors, In Accordance With Art. 22B And 22C Above. Act.
