1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Delivery Of Rescue Equipment For The Operation Of The Swimming Pool At Lake Kuksy - In Accordance With The Specifications Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Appendix No. 1 To The Swz). The Scope Of The Delivery In Question Includes Elements Of The Project Implemented By The Dzierzgoń Commune As Part Of The Project Titled: Development Of Tourism Infrastructure In The Dzierzgoń Commune - Creation Of A Swimming Pool On Lake Kuksy, Implemented As Part Of The Local Development Strategy For 2021-2027 Of The Association Of The Local Action Group Kraina Dolny Powiśle; Project 1.8 Construction And/Or Expansion Of Swimming Pool Infrastructure; Measure 6.12 Tourism Infrastructure - Clld; European Funds For Pomerania 2021-2027. Part 1 - Delivery And Operational Commissioning Of A Lifeboat 2. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Variant Offers Or Offers In The Form Of Electronic Catalogues.3. The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage Awarding Contracts Referred To In Art. 214 Section 1 Point 7 And 8.4. The Ordering Party Requires A Minimum 24-Month Warranty For The Delivered Complete Products And Devices/Sets Of Devices, Taking Into Account Cases Where For Devices For Which Their Manufacturers Provide A Longer Warranty Period - According To The Manufacturers Warranty.5. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. Note: 1) All Delivery Elements Must Meet The Appropriate Standards And Requirements Allowing Them To Be Used In Poland, Specified For This Type Of Equipment In The Relevant Regulations And Industry Standards, In Particular Those Resulting From The Regulations Contained In The Act Of August 18, 2011. On The Safety Of People Staying In Water Areas (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 714, As Amended) And In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Internal Affairs Of February 27, 2012 On The Requirements For Equipping Designated Water Areas With Rescue And Auxiliary Equipment, Signaling And Warning Devices, As Well As Medical Equipment, Medicines And Sanitary Articles (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1607).2) If The Contractor Has Any Doubts Or Ambiguities In Relation To The Above-Mentioned Elements Of The Order Description, Then Explanations, Clarifications And Information Will Be Binding For The Final Resolution Of The Ordering Partys Requirements In This Matter And The Preparation Of The Offer By The Contractor. Supplementary, Obtained During The Formal Procedure Of Possible Inquiries To The Swz.3) If Anywhere In The Swz The Subject Of The Order Is Defined By Indicating Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of Offers In This Respect Using Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. Where The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Indicates The Origin Of The Devices Covered By The Order, Referred To In Art. 99 Section 5 Of The Public Procurement Law (E.G.
