1. Name Of The Subject Of The Order: Brush Removal Of Forest Roads2. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Roadside Bush Clearing Service On A Total Area Of ​​Approximately 14 Ha, Including The Removal Of Self-Seeding Trees, Bushes, Undergrowth And Branches Encroaching On The Road Clearance, Both In Horizontal And Vertical Projection. The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Horizontal Projection: A) Roads With Ditches - Bush Removal Includes: • The Slope, • The Bottom Of The Ditch, • The Counterslope, • The Strip Of Land Behind The Ditch. • The Width Of The Bush Removal Measured In The Horizontal Projection Is 2-6 M From The Edge Of The Road. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Increase Or Reduce This Width In Justified Cases. B) Roads Without Ditches - Bush Removal Covers A Road Strip Approximately 6 M Wide From The Edge Of The Road, With The Possibility Of Adjusting The Width By The Ordering Party, C) Brush Removal Height - Works Should Be Carried Out At A Height Of 5-10 Cm From The Ground Surface, Using Mechanical Equipment To Maintain This Height.2) Vertical Projection - Bush Removal Includes: • Removal Of Self-Seeding Trees And Bushes. The Implementation Of The Works Cannot Cause: • Damage To The Surface, Roadsides, Slopes And Counterslopes, • Formation Of Ponding Water, • Siltation Of Ditches. 4) Nature Of The Quantity Survey And Scope Of The Order: A) The Bill Of Quantity Indicated In The Procedure Is An Estimate, B) The Ordering Party May Order The Performance Of A Smaller Number Of Works Than Indicated In The Offer, C) The Contractor Is Not Entitled To A Claim For A Reduction In The Scope Of Work. The Settlement Will Be Based On The Actual Quantity Of The Service Provided (Ha) And On The Basis Of The Unit Rate Given In The Offer, D) The Ordering Party Guarantees The Implementation Of A Minimum Of 60% Of The Contract Value.3.
