Order Type: Delivery.3. Cpv Codes:Main Cpv Code:- 09310000-5 Electricityadditional Cpv Codes:- 09000000-3 Petroleum Products, Fuel, Electricity And Other Energy Sources,- 09300000-2 Electricity, Thermal, Solar And Nuclear Energy.4. Purchase Of Electricity With A Total Volume Of The Basic Order: 258,017 Kwh And A Total Volume Resulting From The Option Right: 54,498 Kwh. The Supply (Sale) Of Electricity Includes 3 Reception (Measurement) Points Listed In The List Of Electricity Reception Points Of The Facilities Of The Municipal Sports And Recreation Center In Myszków, Which Constitutes Appendix No. 2 To The Swz. 5. As Part Of The Public Procurement Procedure Aimed At Selecting The Offer And Concluding The Contract, The Ordering Party Acts In Its Own Name And On Its Own Behalf - I.E. On Behalf Of The Municipal Sports And Recreation Center In Myszków And For The Municipal Sports And Recreation Center In Myszków.6. The Subject Of The Order Is Described In Detail In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order.7. In Annex No. 2 To The Swz, The Ordering Party Provided The Assigned Tariff Group For Each Electricity Collection Point. Tariff Groups For Individual Collection Points Included In Annex 2 To The Swz Are Provided On The Basis Of Contracts Concluded With The Dso For The Provision Of Electricity Distribution Services. The Nomenclature Of The Tariff Group Of The Potential Contractor (Electricity Seller) May Differ From The Nomenclature Of The Tariff Group Of The Local Dso, In Such A Situation The Sellers Tariff Group Must Meet The Criteria (Requirements) Described In § 6 Section 1 Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of November 29, 2022 On The Method Of Shaping And Calculating Tariffs And The Method Of Settlement In Electricity Trade (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 904, As Amended). 8. Quality Standards Of Service For Recipients Covered By The Subject Of The Order Are Included In § 49 Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of March 22, 2023. The Contractor May Entrust The Execution Of Part Of The Order To A Subcontractor. The Ordering Party Requests That The Contractor Indicate In The Offer The Parts (Scopes) Of The Order The Performance Of Which He Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors, And That The Contractor Provide The Names Of Possible Subcontractors, If They Are Already Known.
